NIGHTWISH singer Anette Olzon will make a guest appearance on the new album from Finnish rockers THE RASMUS, entitled "Black Roses".

Commented THE RASMUS singer Lauri Ylönen:  "We´ve had a really busy spring, putting the album together with the  guys. These ´last-minute´ ideas and fixes have become come very  important for the ´Black Roses´ album, so all the waiting is  worth it! For example, we brought this eight-year-old song idea back to  life. It´s a duet song. I got a wild idea to ask the NIGHTWISH singer Anette Olzon to sing it together with me. I called her and she said YES! So good  things come for those who wait. We´re getting there! Prepare yourselves  for the greatest murder ballad in a while!!"

Olzon recently made a guest appearance on the song "Heart Full Of Fire" from BROTHER FIRETRIBE, the Finnish AOR/hard rock band featuring NIGHTWISH guitarist Emppu Vuorinen. The track is the title cut of BROTHER FIRETRIBE´s new album, which is scheduled for release on May 14 via Spinefarm Records.
